Minnesota In May

After 1 year 4 and 1/2 months I have finally met Riley Jones. Brendan is bigger and more handsome then ever. I miss them both terribly (oh you too mel and jeff). I had a great vacation with my wonderful friends the Jones Family. It was a blast looking forward to my next visit when the guest/office room is the nursery. And the family keeps growing....

Mall of America - Aquarium

Look like shark nah...
their just extremely large sucker fish.

Just to let you know Mel is not smiling here she is terrified.

Any wonder why she is not smiling - We are walking through a tunnel of water with one way in and one way out. And swimming overhead to our left is a great white who a couple of months ago tried to eat a baby shark. Advertisment now says "He's OKAY"

Now she's smiling in the shark cage

because we are out of the tunnel..

Jeff's company BEST BUY does volunteer work around the community Yeah BEST BUY- Mel and I took advantage of the nice balmy 60 degree weather and headed out to meet jeff.

Waterfall ------

Just to let you know the first 60 steps going down to see the waterfall were not so bad....

see we are still smiling

Still smiling....

Brendan and Riley -

on top of the 3D Master Map Rock of Minnehaha Park. Still Smiling...

Okay here's were it gets tough this is a really beautiful park full of trails, wildlife, running water from the falls and the best for last it's approximately 136 steps back up to the top of the park where the swing sets are.... hence the "haha" at the end of the parks name. Whose idea was it to see the falls from below:?

Swing away daddy

This look says...yeah I'm brave look at me on the monkey bars...

This look is how did I get stuck like this...and can I get down safely

Riley's First Ice Cream from DQ

Everything is sweeter the first time around. Huh Riley?

I had a blast and this is only half of my trip - will post more later must sleep....
